The room is a small toilet which was previously tiled. The tiles have been removed and the surface scraped back flat. I need the walls skimming with plaster for a paint finish. One wall has a small window and the fourth wall is mainly a door frame (architrave removed).

Previous painter left a half done wall, need to paint the whole wall the last coat asap, no need undercoat, I will prepare the paint material.

We need an architrave built and installed in our bathroom. The tradesman who did the tiling left without completing it. We do have spare tiles if anything needs to be fixed up. You will need to supply your own materials and please paint it white. We will supply paint, you will need to bring the wood and we will reimburse you. Bathroom situated at the back of the house, plenty of space in the yard to cut/prepare.
