Slightly bigger than a single garage has been converted to a work from home office. All plaster work is complete. No electrics are installed yet. No floor installed yet, so no need to worry about paint splashes - which makes life much easier. The size is approximately 21 square meters. I can assist with the cutting in if required. No trim work required, all wood has been painted already and the builder will install. The walls and ceilings need to be painted. All paint will be supplied - using good quality Dulux paint.
