Sand and paint parts of wooden staircase and railing. The backing panels of stair treads and the vertical posts of the handrail including corner posts.please see photos of current state and intended state. - Due date: Flexible

The brick wall has gaps in the paint where sand is leaking (Photo 1). I need these gaps sealed with an appropriate material such as cement. In photo 2 is an example of how gaps in another part of the wall have been sealed previously which was using cement. The colour of the seal does not need to match the paint. - Due date: Before Saturday, 23 December 2023

The job is about 20 sqm of area, about 1200-1500 bricks and includes bricking up a window making to openings smaller to accommodate new French doors. extending out a verandah floor and extending a small wall.
