Paint and patch front door frame, and two areas on staircase with wood damage

Water feature needs to be sanded, sealed and then painted again with appropriate paint. Also, the interior (where water is held) needs to be sealed as there is a slight leak. Size is 122cm H x 76cm W. Will pay for materials (to be bought as part of the task).

Outdoor alfresco ceiling needs a repaint! Looking for someone who can prepare (sand, patch where necessary) and paint. Must supply paint and equipment.
