3 patches where paint has been peeled off walls. All small, one is a bit longer about 10cm. White walls. BYO paint, floor protection etc

Need a professional to remove the mould on the ceiling of my bedroom. The amount of mould is relatively small but it does cover most parts of the ceiling. Bedroom is approx 4.5m x 4.5m in size. Price is negotiable and can be increased for professional mould removal it’s.

Our entrance section to our front door needs pressure washing. 2m x 1.4m - floor only + tiny bit of the right wall. Depending on price, might be interested in our total walkway being done also. Price attached to this ad is JUST for the entrance area. Please message or comment on this ad if you have an extra amount for front walkway (last pic).

We require an experienced handyperson to come and patch up some spots where pictures have been hung: i.e. remove nail and cover up and paint over; paint over any other marked areas. White paint (I don't have the paint or putty). Three bedroom apartment + living room. Maybe about 20 spots. So that it looks as new.

Pressure clean drive way, footpath, fence/wall, and front of the home (only white visible brick on street level in the images).

Paint 11 sq m of external render spanning base of the building to max 2.4m high. Two coats required. 4 hours drying time between coats. We will supply the paint you need (Dulux Weathershield Render Refresh crack bridging paint). The surface has been pressure washed. Some parts need to be brushed (corners near window frames where it wasn’t possible to pressure wash thoroughly). Four sections (max 40cm x 40cm each) the existing paint has bubbled off. You will need to sand the boundary between the bubbled paint and the sound paint, to ensure a smooth finish around these sections. Some parts of the render are adjacent to window frames in a contrasting colour, and will need careful masking. We will supply the paint. You will supply drop sheets, masking, brushes, sander, rollers etc. You will need to carry your equipment through the building, at the beginning and end of the job. It’s very important that no paint is dropped or trodden inside the building. Hoping to get it done either Thursday or Friday this week. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023
