Black roof - has patches that need touching up

Require a handyman for the following tasks; 1. Paint a portion of a wall to specific colour (as per the attached image). Location will be directed in due course. Please provide own painting gear, we do have a step ladder available onsite. 2. Hanging a few certificates on walls (material provided) 3. Hang a mirror to the back of a door (material provided)

Patch roughly 150mm high skirting areas within wardrobe carcass as necessary (exg is masonry and render) and paint throughout wardrobe carcass. Ceiling height is 2700. 2 wardrobes need to be done. Please allow for sufficient paint - Dulux lexicon quarter, and any other materials required for prep, patching, painting or otherwise. Assume 2 coats of paint necessary. All work is within the wardrobes - no external work required. Flooring will be replaced separately - floors are not in scope.

Need new and some varnished beading on skirting boards painted white. Refresh woodwork that has scrapes chips, especially one long paint crack on door jamb. Kitchen, bathroom and 2 bed ceilings need painting including inside 2 built in robes.

Old fancy cornice needs to have remedial plasterwork on one ceiling wall. The whole wall needs to be scraped back patched and repainted with white waterproof paint (inc cornice). Skirting boards need patching and repainting + 2 new French doors need to be repainted in Blue, - Due date: Before Friday, 18 March 2024

paint a small laundry adjacent home unit

we need business signage removed as shown in pictures - 2 different areas. We also need the holes filled. Unfortunately we don’t know and nor does the landlord the exact paint colour. This is something you will have to do and match best as possible. Price includes whole job including matching paint

Remove wallpaper in one room, patch holes in that room & others and paint over. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 28 January 2024

Apply one coat clear Cutek CD50 to the areas photographed including window sills. (Anytime in next month is fine) No sanding required - only brushing prior to single application. Can be applied with a sponge. Must bring all equipment. Ladders + extension poles with applicators. It usually takes one person 3/4 of a day. I will supply the tin of the cutek product. - Due date: Flexible

I need to remove blue pen marks on the white door of a wardrobe with white paint or some other way. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 18 November 2023

Hi, Just need an experienced painter that can help paint a 13 square metres shop front in Double Bay. Please see attached picture of shop. Want to paint it white and if you can supply paint that would be great. Considering off-white or natural white.
