You will need to have the equipment to do the job. Quote to indicate if paint included. Expect job will take 6-7 hours with the right equipment. Needs to be done in one day between 7am and 7pm. Seeking quotes to paint internals of a four bedroom house (approx 135m2) - one living/ dining space, one kitchen, one bathroom, one laundry and four bedrooms, including 7 internal doors and all trims and ceiling. Materials will be provided, successful bidder can advise me if they need any additional materials - house will be empty. Some minor patching may be required but otherwise good condition. Some darker colours on existing walls may need additional coats but most rooms are a light colour. It will be two shades of white (one for trims/ doors) and one for the walls. Depending on the duration required, it would be around 4+ days of work from 20 December. To be completed by 1 January.
