Find an experienced local painter in East Victoria Park

We are getting our home painted and the painter has requested we cut down the edges of our windows to allow them to close with the additional layers of paint. Looking for someone to remove windows from 4 rooms (8 individual windows) cut the edge that meets the frame a few millimetres and reinstall. We also would like some decorative wooden brackets fixed to veranda posts.

I have a bedroom that needs its walls prepped and painted. This will involve a little patching, sanding and then paint. 2-3 coats. Needed a few walls patched and covered. Maybe needs a whole paint? I’m unsure. Photos for reference. They’re just small spots. 2 different wall colours. Sand a jarrah deck approx 40m2.Boards are flat but oil has weathered and flakey so need whole deck lightly sanded to reoil. Just quote on the sanding please.

I am renovating my house in East Victoria Park. Its an old timber frame clad house. Not very big, but tall ceilings. We have started painting all the interior white white white to be ready for renting. However we have lots of other jobs to do too. So Im looking for someone to finish the job. Still to go - another coat on the two bedrooms. The living, kitchen and laundry and toilet havent been started. Ceilings might just need touch ups in a few spots. Id also like to paint the tiles in the toilet and the concrete laundry floor dark grey. We are using good paint - Dulux wash and wear. Please quote on what this would cost to finish off for us.
