We have purchased a timber picnic table for our kids that is an orangey/brown colour, and we would like it painted white & sage (we have the paint), with an undercoat as well. The table is in separate pieces currently as we will paint it before building it. See size/specs in photos

Paint fence to new - High pressure old paint, scrape old loose paint and clean, patch gapping, sanding and masking tape to protect brickwork, seal and prime with undercoat. Then 2 coats of paint, 1-1.5 days work. Will provide paint and materials.

We had a builder poorly instal some bi-fold doors, and need to get the top white spot to be rendered, and render up the bi-fold door edges neatly. Experienced required. Render colour can be grey.
