Find an experienced local painter in Eumundi

We have a few smallish inside paint jobs that looking to hire someone to help with. 1) Lounge roof: discoloured section of our roof due to a leak that’s now been fixed. Photos attached and would like to hire someone with solid painting experience, or qualified painter. Ceilings are raked approximately 3M at peak. 2) One average sized bedroom 3x-4m ceiling. 3) Small bathroom ceiling. Own equipment required, but we’ll supply the paint. Rooms are furnished so will need drop sheets etc. Not sure what a reasonable price would be but seeing, as it’s be prep, and a few coats have estimated a full day. Feel free to suggest alternative prices higher or lower in proposal as unsure of my estimate.

Clean/tidy removal of skirting boards and trim 1cm from timber window frames to enable fit out of 2 Walk-in-Robes. Total length of skirting boards to be removed is 12.57m across 2 WIR’s. Outside verandah area which is undercover and a small porch. Approximately 25Sq metres. The flooring is merbau in really great condition with recessed screws. Just doing the area up. No rough area's. Paint double garage floor and install dog flap

I need the bottom half of the front of my house painting. up to about 3 meters high. I have paint. you will need ladder, sheets and brushes. Two coats before 12 when the sun comes round. Allow about 3-4 hours.

Tired paint from Sun and weather needs repainting. I'll get paint if you tell me what I need. Needs two coats I'm guessing. Please include three drain pipes and one wooden board. Photos attached. I'd prefer a professional painter as opposed to handy person.
