We have a small room approximately 4m x 3m we require painting of walls and ceiling. Paint supplied

The task is to remove the old epoxy layer (already peeled in places) cleanly from a 1400mm x 1400mm table top. There are no stains and the process should not stain the surface. A lazy susan of 650mm diameter sits on this table top. It also needs to done. The lazy susan is removable. The table is on a wooden deck and the work needs to be done where it is. Clear away rubbish from the work.

We have several interior painted brick & standard walls on our ground floor level that need a good clean before we eventually repaint or find other solutions. Job Details: - Clean all painted brick & standard walls, focusing on detailed areas like corners, near the ceiling, around beams, and around windows. I suspect the corners (shown in the photos) will be the most dirty/tricky to clean. - Please take care around electrical outlets and any little cavities. - We're not fussy about the paint itself as we'll be repainting later but prefer someone experienced or confident with cleaning painted brick. - Typically, on the brick walls, misting with water, then scrubbing with a water/dish soap solution works well, followed by a wipe down. You'll also need to vacuum up any loose debris. - There may be some furniture to move around, but my husband and I can help with that when needed. - Be prepared for the odd bug or gecko droppings; we had a pest spray done recently, but it's possible some critters have left behind a little mess. - There is air conditioning and doors/windows we can open - so plenty of ventilation available. - We can provide cleaning supplies, we should have most things on hand but you're welcome to let us know anything extra you might need. Rate: Happy to negotiate either an hourly rate (capped at a certain number of hours) or an overall job price. Availability: We work from home, so we're flexible with mid-week or weekend scheduling. Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

I have already sanded the deck railing with a course sandpaper, and now it needs to be sanded with a fine sandpaper and then painted. Sections of a living room wall and entrance ans staircase sides have to be painted in Wattyl id advanced white internal wall paint. They are at present a cream color and holes have been puttied and sanded. Total wall area about 36 square metres. The job will require putting masking tape and drop sheets to protect the polished floor and windows etc. Window trims and ceiling edge pieces to be painted with the same white. Ceiling area of about 12 square metres to be done in any flat ceiling white. 2 coats where required. - Due date: Before Monday, 30 October 2023
