Need a general clean in my two bedroom flat but also cleaning the walls, doors and ceilings which have gotten mould from the weather and floods.

Prepare and paint walls, skirting board and ceiling with two coats of a combined loungeroom/kitchen and small hallway (good quality paint supplied). Altogether the ceiling surface area is approx 54 sqm . The roof is slanted - max height is 3.2m so will require ladder or extensions. No furniture in the house.
