We are moving into an old house and want to freshen it up with all new paint. White walls and every room in the house. House is old but in good condition. I don’t believe there is much preparation needed.

- prep bathroom, includes removing peeling paint, sanding, removing any mould - paint at least 2x coats to walls - paint door and trims I already have some paint including paint to paint tiles - paint tiles optional extra, feel free to quote for this too.

Wash down the lounge dining room ceiling there is a small amount of mould around the outer edge can supply cleaning materials and ladder

Paint a playroom white. 4 walls only. Sand and stain staircase. 14 stairs and 1 landing.

There a few small holes about the size of a fist maybe a bit bigger that needs to be patched and painted

Pressure wash back deck and front porch

Stain a staircase to look like new. I would like a black finish. - Due date: Flexible

Painting driveway and parking area - Due date: Flexible

Require various parts of our home inside to be painted. a) Staircase - recently removed an old mirror. Require the holes to be patched up, sanded and then painted to match adjacent walls. Will require very tall ladder or scaffold to access. b) Staircase Ceiling - some small water marks on ceiling require repainting. c) Lounge Ceiling - require ceiling to be sanded and repainted in some small areas where ceiling paint is or has started to flake. We have bees that have managed to find a way through a window sill into the roof of the house. Based on some thermal imaging, they seem to be covering an area of at least 1m2. I'm looking to have them removed (hopefully not exterminated), the honeycomb removed, any internal damage to the roof / ceiling fixed, and then the entrance sealed so that they don't return. I have terracotta tiles, so potentially they could be lifted rather than going through the ceiling. There is relatively easy roof access from the rear of the property. Please quote on the removal of the bees, all honeycomb in the roof, fixing any damage to the wood / ceiling (not sure of any, but there could be some), and sealing the entry point / painting so that a new colony of bees don't return. - Due date: Flexible
