2 bedroom empty granny flat needs 1 coat of fresh paint of same colors

My husband and I are moving house. We need the pine floor sanding and resealed in the coming 6-12 weeks. We are currently hoping to obtain quotes to sand and seal our loungeroom, hallway & 3 bedrooms. Our loungeroom floor has several moderate scratches caused by our dog.

So previously blinds were installed as well as a curtain which came out/were removed. These have left holes in the plasterboard as well as on the window frame (I think that's the word). Also some pencil marks (but I can remove these myself if you cant). See pictures. if required, I can provide the paint (Vivid White colour). I can do weekdays after 5pm on Wed-Thur, and weekend 7am-3pm. Ideally done this week.
