Newly Built Home 3 x 2 / 105 Square Metre house.

Prep and paint timber balcony, including balastrade and floor, 8.9 x 2.6m. Paint will be provided.

Needing 6 1/2 fence panels painted in dulux Surfmist, it’s a task that was started a while ago but we don’t have the time to finish with work and other commitments. As you can see in the photo attached it’s the second upper fence that’s needing painting. We do have approval already from our neighbour :)

Needing a painter to paint the drain pipes, fascias and gutters in Surfmist color bond Just the front of the house I can provide the paint I’ve done a test of the colour on the drain pipes so needing someone to go over all of them and the gutters, fascia’s around the front of the house Located in Halls Head

I’m leaving my rental and I need two little parts of a wall filled in and a little patch on a door painted.

I’ve just knocked out some walls and need someone with rendering and plastering skills to fill the patches. 2 plastering patches in the ceiling and one render up a wall. I have also built a robe wall that will need plastering on a corner and square set to the ceiling
