The job is to repair the previously water damage wall. It is dry now. Paint the wall and secure the skirting board back to the wall.

Alfresco frame and colour bond ceiling both need to paint.frame need to clean first and some spots rust as well which need to be clean.for frame and ceiling can be done same colour less work.colour prefer evening haze.

I need about 5 walls re plastered. The old paint started to completely peel off, so we removed the paint and now need the walls re plastered with the smooth finish so we can re paint.

Eaves are flaking and need to be scraped and re painted. Just for the front of the house. Quick scan suggests total area of 20m squared including undercover area next to front door. Future brick rendering will take place so you don’t need to take precaution around the brick wall. Some have suggested to me that the eaves may be asbestos so please do inspect first - not sure if this is true or even a thing that was done. Old 70s house.
