I have a spare room that is in original condition (house built 1960s) and the walls need plastering from pet destruction so I can paint the walls in future.

Experienced at Wallpaper. Need black and white striped wallpaper put up.

A few cracks need filling, one in the ceiling that will need to be opened up and repaired (i believe this one is a 2 visit job), and a few on the walls and around cornices.

Approximately 4 hrs painting for a small area of eaves and gutters. Approx 2 hrs for each coat then let dry between coats. I'll supply all paint and equipment.

Need our eaves and window frames cleaned up (cracking paint), primed, sealed and painted. I will supply paint, but painter must select paint. We want high UV protection.

This is a 2 visit task. Reinforce ceiling fron inside roof cavity, then once it dries come back and scrape out crack on inside of house side of the ceiling and refill with cornice plaster. Would prefer someone who has done this type of repair before.
