A few cracks need filling, one in the ceiling that will need to be opened up and repaired (i believe this one is a 2 visit job), and a few on the walls and around cornices.

Repair or replace ceilings, paint natural white.

This is a 2 visit task. Reinforce ceiling fron inside roof cavity, then once it dries come back and scrape out crack on inside of house side of the ceiling and refill with cornice plaster. Would prefer someone who has done this type of repair before.

We have a small appartment and we have taken off the existing laminate, we just now need the m slightly sanded, primed and painted in white, we have bought the primer and 4ltrs or Dulux paint to refresh the look.

Paint has peeled, bubbled and warped due to damage from wall stickers. Task requires: Colour match and procure paint. Ensure surface protection of surrounding areas to avoid damage. Remove peeled and warped paint to ensure a smooth finish with no bubbling. Repaint x1 wall Clean up

Scrape a damaged interior wall back to render. Approx 1m high by 2m long I can provide scraper and paint stripping chemicals. Only 2 layers of paint (wall first painted 2007, repainted once since then). Wall has damp and needs to dry out prior to any further repair. 2nd area, Small area 1m x 0.5m paint removed, to be scraped back to render. Hi we have a small 2 bedroom villa/apartment that requires painting. We have some paint but probably require more and some basics equipment but I expect you would have your own (ours wouldn h ardly match a professional). Would need walls, ceiling, cornices, skirting and doors painted and the floor protected (8 doors including walk in wardrobe doors). 3.5 walls are feature walls prob require 3 coats, other walls 2 coats , ceiling maybe 1 coat. Wall has some paint with small amount of cracking in the old paint which I guess you should know about. Colour would be white (which white TBD, doors semi-gloss or high gloss). More photos soon :)
