We are preparing a large, three bedroom weatherboard house for auction and need the exterior hosed (NOT pressure washed as the paint is old and starting to flake) down & cobwebs removed. We also need rubbish removed including the concrete and plastic pots on the front verandah

We need 5 internal doors sanded and repainted as the dog has jumped up to let himself into the rooms and has scratched them

Have 4 single panel windows that need sanding to prepare for paint. The windows will be removed from ceil for easy access. Not in bad condition. We estimate 4 hours of work. Only experienced handyman with appropriate skill set please apply. Sanding blocks will be supplied. If you have hand held sanding tool that may be useful. If there is any specific sanding paper that will be preferred we can also supply on specification.

The walls in the hair salon are currently painted in an orange peach color, and we simply want to refresh them with a clean white coat. Walls only

Sand old weather boards ready for painting. About 6 hours worth of Sanding. I will provide Sander and sandpaper. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024
