Hi!! We’ve recently purchased a property needing some renovations. We're looking for a quote from a Plasterer to assist with the following. Please note, we haven't inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We are going to be there during renovations from Wed 6th to Tuesday 19th. We will need a Plasterer there ideally 6th or 7th or first few days when we are there. The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don't have a floor plan yet, but we'll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though until we arrive). *Plaster of damaged walls. I can see at least 3 walls that are damaged and will require Plaster. There may be more when we get in! *Depending how bad it is, we have been told sections of rear patio pillars have chips in the render which may require maintenance too. I have quite a few scratches on my driver side and passenger doors .I had the roof and bonnet sprayed in the past for sun damage. But other parts need a touch up so I think a touch up all over would be the best way to go depending on the price It is a black Mitsubishi with a fold down tray and I just want the same colour. - Due date: Flexible
