I need these 3 rooms painted in an empty apartment and some touch up on marks in the bedrooms. Pics of layout, floor plan attached. Ceiling height 2.5m

Ceiling repair due to damaged plaster from a cleaner using a pressure washer on my ceiling. Wanting someone to patch and sand it back so there will be a smooth finish for me to arrange painters.

Quote needed to paint one bedroom ceiling and cornice (4mx4m). Some light plaster filling on cornice and ceiling required (pic attached). Need to be experienced and supply all paint and equipment and drop sheets. Please advise of method to paint and patch (eg clean, undercoat etc) and paint brand & colour to be used (it is a standard white colour now). All work needs to be completed in one day. Quotes need to include all Airtasker Fees.

From the recent flood and heavy rains mould has starting growing on the ceiling in the open lounge & dining room and the main bedroom ceiling in my apartment (3 rooms). It is not black mould as yet & not all over the entire ceiling in each room; however it will require a vinegar solution & water solution to be sprayed over the mould and then after an hour sprayed with water to remove the vinegar. I will supply the vinegar as well as cloths, you provide the muscle & maybe a ladder ( I have a smaller one and can reach the ceiling with this myself (163cms)). I cannot do it due to neck problems. I'm unsure of how long to clean...maybe 6-8 hrs but that is a guess, as its not over the entire ceiling. I want the job done properly, so if you are not willing to commit to that please don't apply. I did do an area to test and it does come off okay too, but of course you are looking up and stretching up for a long time, so I'm happy to negotiate for the job in total, even if done over 2 days. I will be flexible with the days/nights and times but consecutive days/night & not onSunday - Due date: Flexible

I have two spots on the wall that need patching up before I move. The photo shows both. The walls in the house are already patchy so doesn’t need a full colour match with the rest of the wall. Just blended.

We have a small room that needs 2 small holes in the wall patched 3 walls painted 1 door sanded and painted in a high gloss Heavy picture hung Need own equipment. Paint supplied

Hi, I am vacating my property and doing all the end of lease repairs etc. There are many scuffs on the walls where the paint has chipped and needs repaired. Also one small hole/dent. Need done Thursday 15th February (tomorrow ) or Friday 16th February. Also I need to repair screen door that has come off rollers. Attached is photos. If someone could please help me patch and repaint be so greatful. Happy to pay an hourly rate and then for paint supplies or can pay an overall fee. Open to discuss and negotiate a fair price.

Diminishing height walls as per photo supplied, 2 side dimensions 1300 low point, 2 meters high point by 4.5m long, exterior cladding fibro cement sheets and timber. 1 side is 1300 x 4.5m , all windows and post. 4 Window openings 1m x 1.050m, 2 window openings 1550 x 450, door opening 820 x 2040 to be painted up to stops and all post, timber fixings and soffits. Paint will be applied in 2 colours all timbers and surrounding mouldings 1 Color, all fibro cement sections is a different colour. All windows and door already removed for your painting convenience as they will be stained by others. Need wall paint (white) in a small (8’ x 13’)room

Looking for someone who can paint a finishing layer on our internal walls. We have applied a base coat but need help to roll and cut on final coat. Happy to pay by the hour, it's a 3 bedroom apartment so let's start with 1 full day at $40/hour. All paint and equipment supplied

There's a few patches of missing paint in my rental apartment. I need you to cover/fill in and paint/blend these. Its an old place so just needs to look passable.

The property is now vacant and I plan to move in on Sunday. The area required for painting is small - highlighted sections of the floor plan. Changing from grey to white walls.

I have two rooms that need preparing and painting. Paints are provided. Room 1 is 3.15m x 3.8mx wardrobe doors, walls, ceiling, alum window frame, wooden front window frame. Room 2 is 3.3m x 3m no wardrobe just walls, ceiling, alum window frame and door. i do not need gloss on rails, trims etc, i just like matt or semigloss. Just white. Photos of room 1
