Fully paint interiors of 2 storey house including: - paint inside of house fully (2 or 3 coats as required). Some is new gyprock, some is old - including ceilings - including skirting, walls, door and windows frames - Internal doors - external doors downstairs Staining (3 doors) - patching and plastering and paint, gaps filling, remove nails, patching, everything to get walls ready for paint - some of the walls are needing a fair bit of prep (removing nails on joints etc) House is 2.4m on top level and 2.2m on bottom level. 4 bedrooms, 3 or so living areas, 2 kitchens. Bathrooms are tiled.

Ceiling repair due to damaged plaster from a cleaner using a pressure washer on my ceiling. Wanting someone to patch and sand it back so there will be a smooth finish for me to arrange painters.

Hi, I am vacating my property and doing all the end of lease repairs etc. There are many scuffs on the walls where the paint has chipped and needs repaired. Also one small hole/dent. Need done Thursday 15th February (tomorrow ) or Friday 16th February. Also I need to repair screen door that has come off rollers. Attached is photos. Paint will be applied in 2 colours all timbers and surrounding mouldings 1 Color, all fibro cement sections is a different colour.
