Find an experienced local painter in Hilton WA

I have a set of French doors that I would like sanded and oiled. In addition to that one of the beams on my carport also needs a good sand and oil. I don’t know what this would cost so ignore my budget. Hoping you could let me know.

I have just bought a small 3 bed house in Hilton. I am hoping to do a freshen up before I move furniture in. It is really important that the prep work is done properly on woodwork and walls. I have removed a couple of wallpaper walls already but there is repairing needed on picture hooks and skirtings need sanding.

I am looking for someone who has experience using a heat gun to strip paint off old wooden sash windows. The job is partially finished as I was doing it myself before I sustained an injury. Probably a day’s work left. The work is outside but under an umbrella. Probably not worth doing in a storm otherwise ok. I would like it done in the next week or so.

The eave on my home was damaged by being hit with a camper van. Soffit and wood trim has been damaged and requires repair. See photos. Accessible from a ladder (single story house). The wooden edging on the eaves of my single storey house is starting to pull away in one area - about 4 metres. It just needs to be re-attached with nails or screws. One very small section also needs a paint touch up.

Sand jarrah deck ~10 m2, newly constructed pergola and timber furniture and then apply 2 x coats of aqua deck (will provide).
