Re painting the exterior of our home

Preparing and painting 12 X 12 bedroom, three doors and patching chipped skirting boards.

Clean and spray paint 3 front roof sections facing the street. About 40 sq m in total. Two coats. Paint supplied. Not particularly steep but would probably need to wear a harness.

I need 1 bedroom wall 3m x 2.4m sanded and painted. I have the paint here. My mum undercoated the wall with Zinsser but did a bad job, left a rough finish. So it will need to be sanded back the re undercoated and top coat. I put $123 for the budget as I have no idea what it will cost

Our deck needs sanding and re-painting. The deck is approximately 10.7 metres wide by 7.6 metres deep. The boards were previously painted in Indian red and it has started to lift and needs re-doing. Several of the boards have been replaced due to damage and haven’t been painted yet but there’s not many. One board needs filling due to damage (filler provided). Paint, sandpaper and rollers/brushes provided, we just need someone to sand the boards by hand and paint it during fine weather.

Hello! I have accidentally damaged my window sills in one room (caused by adhesive blinds that pulled some paint off when I removed them). I’ve removed the sticky stuff and I need someone to sand and paint the damaged bits so it’s no longer visible. I have the original paint. I’m looking for someone who is very experienced in this kind of work with good reviews. It’s a rental so it’s important that it’s fixed properly so it won’t be noticed.
