Need Tilling for the outdoor living area

I have all the paint, filler, brushes etc required, just need someone to physically paint the room

i need around 8 metres of skirting boards (white trim) put in my kitchen, similar to Picture 4.

Had an amateur spray painter come spray my car and got overspray on my cement garage floor need someone who can take this off. Pictures rough idea what it looks like
