Bathroom and Kitchen re-paint, standard white, including one ceiling. Will need to supply paint and prep surface. Bathroom: Ceiling (roughly 4.5 sqm) and area on 4 walls above tiles (roughly 3 sqm on walls). Also window trim, window frame trim and door trim. Small patch (roughly 0.3 sqm) is untreated board, the rest has a layer of paint already. Kitchen: raw MDF bulkhead (6.5-7 m long, 10-15cm high, so about 1 sqm) plus 2 partial walls (very roughly 6 sqm), plus trim around window frame - but not the window itself
