Hi, I need to get my 3 bed house painted and am happy to show on video call

New front fence (& some of the sides) needs to be painted. Includes gates & post caps. Also would like to refresh the paint on the front stairs & the charcoal trim on the front of the house. See pics for better explanation. Keen to look at painting the whole house exterior eventually, but need this part done first. Flexible with timing, but in the next couple of weeks would be great.

The current paint is in good condition, but I want a lighter wall colour. The house will be empty with no furniture at the time of painting.

I removed cornice in the two bathrooms so I can have floor to ceiling tiles and I am looking to have the glue and sanding and some filling done so I can paint the ceiling. Bathroom one is 2mx2m and bathroom two ceiling is 3mx2M but only issue is the edges where the cornices where.

I need to coat a small area of ceiling with plaster and make some texture to match it with the rest of the white ceiling.

Looking for a professional painter to paint the exterior wall of a townhouse. The surface has already been pressure washed. Same color repaint (2 coats) required for a clean and professional finish. Ideally Dulux paint is preferred and you need to have necessary tools, ladder for this work. Wall is in good condition, so minimal prep work needed. The property has experienced minor wear and tear over the past 10 years, requiring patching and repair work prior to painting. The project involves addressing minor cracks, wall imperfections, and other damage to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish throughout the home. Slope in the living room (roof) as seen in the photo. Our front (~3mx1.5m) and back (~6mx1.5m) decks need resealing. Internal and external painting of a low set home. 5 rooms.

Hi, I need the deck, stairs & railings cleaned and stained please. We will provide the stain.

There are a bunch of paint drops on the tiles near our gate. Tiles are a concrete type tile. The paint drips are months old. They did not come off with gurneying. Job is to remove the paint drops. Without leaving some other kind of mark on the tiles that looks just as bad. The general darkness on the tiles is not paint and removing that is not part of the job.

We have damaged to the render in a second story window frame. Looking for a Renderer to patch this. Given its next to the window it may be possible for the job to be done from inside the house. Looking for someone who will do a decent job / good finish and will take appropriate safety precautions given the height of the work. Do not need the render work painted afterwards. Need someone who won't make a mess while doing the job especially if doing it from inside the house.

We need patching of some small holes in gyprock, then painting of those spots. We do not want full walls repainted, just around the actual spot. For three of the holes (all in garage) we know the paint colour and the existing paintwork is relatively new. For the other two (inside house) they will need paint matching but are also not in highly visible places. We also need painting of some newly installed built in cupboards / doors. Looking for a tidy job and someone who won't make a mess.
