Room 1 - need whole room painted (see photos), this room has some mould stains on the ceiling in one section (about 3m2) that needs to be cleaned first, then painted. The skirting also has some small mould discolouration that needs to be cleaned first. The room is about 3m x 4m in size. The room has an ornate ceiling one window and door that needs to be painted, as well as the walls.
