Paint room and bookshelf with small area with feature colour - paint provided - need to undercoat

Looking for someone to do a treatment on our outdoor deck areas. There are two decking areas, One is 4.2m x 4.7m including 3 steps. The other is 5m x 4m but has a spa in the middle so need to stain around it. Total of this area is about 15sqm (see photos). Looking for somebody who knows what they're doing to go to Bunnings and buy the required products to clean and then coat these two areas to protect against weather. We will cover the cost of materials as long as receipts are provided. We will then need the decking areas cleared, cleaned, and then several coats of oil or deck stain applied.

3m x 3.6m ceiling in kitchen Remove existing cornice Re-Sheet over existing plaster Stop up, new cornice and sand and paint. Need done asap. Applicant must be capable of laying drop sheets etc as well as being able to refix light into new sheets.

Need to have cracks filled in under cornices that have moved - about 5 to 6 metres- plus a large crack across the ceiling. Also redo where I had filled a section myself. See photos. Painting is not necessary if the filler is white.
