My friend recently moved into a small studio in Strathfield, and we’d love to have the doors, walls, and skirting boards painted as they’re in need of some serious TLC. The surfaces will need to be sanded down beforehand. Only three walls and one door require painting. Ideally, we’d like the work to be completed before Australia Day.

Scope of Work + Exterior Sealing: The gaps around the outside of the window frame need to be sealed properly to make it weatherproof and look neat. + Interior Sealing and Finishing: Similar sealing is needed inside to give the window edges a clean and uniform finish. + Perimeter Border Fixings: Install trim, mouldings, or external flashings around the edges to cover any raw edges and improve both functionality and appearance.

I need an internal wall built to enclose a room to make in into a bedroom. Will need a door fitted as well. In the photos it is the room classified as the lounge, which we are turning into a bedroom. Will need architraves to match rest of room.

Patch up the paint that got removed from the wall when taking down 3M tape and frames. Patches are pink, need to match white paint (on top of bed as per photos). I do not have materials for this. Also there is mould on ornate, high ceiling that needs to be cleaned (ladder and cleaning materials included)

Need to have cracks filled in under cornices that have moved - about 5 to 6 metres- plus a large crack across the ceiling. Also redo where I had filled a section myself. See photos. Painting is not necessary if the filler is white.

I am looking to have a small dent patched and touched up with paint (standard beige paint) an internal (bathroom door). Kids ended up making a small dent about a 1-1.5cm. Door is a compressed board (like cardboard).

This small spot does not match the rest. I need someone to help me to sand it and repaint this small spot so the whole wall looks the same. I have the paint.

I just got my floorboards changed and the installers took out and put back the skirting boards. As expected there are dents, scratches on the board and there are gaps between the boards and the wall. I want all the gaps, dents filled and the skirting boards sanded and painted throughout the whole apartment.

Hi we are in process of putting in a new pergola in our garden and we need the frame painted as well as the outside wall of back of house. Will also need a few holes filled/ bit of sanding and prep work. Paint will be supplied. Must be done this weekend - Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday/ Monday at latest.
