Small three bedroom one bathroom housing commission house needs just the walls cleaned and painted all white to be ready for sale. Cannot do full preparation due to material of walls (potentially asbestos) so just a decent clean, prime and one or two coats. Happy to buy paint and materials and just pay for labour if that helps. Do not want to have to sell a kidney to pay for it. Pitch me your quotes.

Prep & re-oil front porch (approx. 5.58 m2) & rear deck (approx. 14.5 m2), I believe existing coats are Sikkens Cetol HLSe but happy to take your recommendations. These 2 photos are from a couple of years ago and only to show shapes & sizes. 4. Re-paint handrails and balusters along front porch and rear deck to match existing colours. 5. Remove & dispose of damaged planks under the clothesline, approx 3.5m in length. Please quote including airtasker fees and materials as I'm not able to supply them. Need upstairs level of a 3 bed townhouse painted white (lexicon quarter), Price all inclusive: top half of stairwell, all paint/materials for 3 coats, doors, frames, cornices and ceilings etc. Place is tenanted currently however all furniture will be clear of walls to enable clear access. I just knocked down a wall in my house to make more room and now require someone to fill the ceiling and 2 walls with gyprock and sand back so it’s ready for paint. Selling our property and need reliable painter to repaint the downstairs area of our townhouse pls. Kitchen cabinets and bench already been redone, just need rest of bottom floor to top of stairs done. I have done some renovations to my stairwell. I have re sheeted the affected areas but need the joins and edges plastered and sanded, ready for me to paint and about 1m of cornice repaired. Total area is probably less than 10m2. See photos attached. Thanks

Wipe/ scrub off dirts from stone wall using sugar soap. All materials will be provided. It is about 4m high.

Sauna needs two coats of varnish. Need someone with experience to paint on some Cabot’s ebony varnish. It’s not a lot of surface area but a little tricky around the doors. I do have paint brushes, a small roller and one drop sheet + 2 cans of varnish (if needed)
