Deck is a year old. I have the cleaning acid and integrain oil which should be enough. I also have a pressure cleaner. Area is around 40msq. Mostly it's the floor and rails that need doing. There's power and water easily available, and I'm completely flexible on the time as I work from home.

I need my front door frame (just the sides and top) stripped and sanded so that it is ready for new paint - I do not need the front doors touched, nor do I need the frame painted. It does not have to be completely stripped back to bare timber, but the old "top coats" of paint need to be removed and sanded back substantially so that new coats can be applied without them peeling because of left over old paint. The frame has quite a few angles and corners and these need to be done properly as well. I have started the job - the inside is basically stripped except for the very top "ledge" but it still needs to be properly sanded. The outside - I have done the bottom part of the side frames but the rest of the sides and the top still need to be done.

I'm looking for a wall mural along one of my home office walls. I was inspired by the ceiling at Monet in Paris (photos attached) but it doesn't need to be that crafted. I'm open to suggestion on how to approach this and what could be done to make it more affordable e.g. larger brush strokes, less colour variation, etc. I don't have a particular colour palette in mind, but it will be the backdrop on Zoom calls so I'd like somewhat visible unblended brush strokes. The wall is 4.56m wide and 2.32m high with white skirting board and white concave molding. Please ask any questions you may have. I DO NOT HAVE A BUDGET and just put $600 as I have to have something, please advise your estimated cost and I am happy to discuss.
