Hello! 😊 I need help patching 3 small areas of the wall with as close as possible paint over the top please.

Hi guys I just have a few chips in walls I need patched up and painted over. Please let me know if your available and know what your doing.

Paint a bedroom ceiling about 5 mtrs by 3 mtrs.

Corner walls at front door need patched and smoothed before Monday 21st.

Requiring two sections of a cornice to be touched up due to masking tape pulling off the paint. Two walls to be repainted with a coat or two to cover up a recent touch up job (Paint will need to be supplied and we shall cover the cost for paint). Lastly to put some flashing around a cupboard where laminate flooring was installed (Flashing will need to be supplied and we shall cover the cost of the Flashing). If you are able to quote on cost of materials we can agree on the price including materials and labor, the budget below is for labor only

I have a area of wall in front of window that’s rusted and the paint came off i need someone to help me get rid of the rust and painted that small area.

We have a double story house. We live downstairs and we rent the upstairs. The tenants come through the main entrance into the hallway and take stairs to the upper level. In the hallway there are 2 doors (1x double 1x single). This is where the majority of sound seems to come through. There is also an echo in the hallway due to the high ceiling.
