House has been recently painted, however the job hasn’t been done well. There is missed spots & drips in the middle of the walls. Further to this, the skirts and arcs were brand new, however now look like they have been in the house for years. Hinges & downlovhts have been painted over too Need a professional to come through & fix up the job.

Need windows cleaned ready for home open next weekend. Not ideal I know, but the only days I’ll be home are Tuesday + Wednesday from 4pm. A couple of the windows have paint on them from a sloppy paint job so will need to scrape that off too please.

We require a vacant unit to have about 5 cracks in walls patched , the walls will need painting and 1 ceiling cornice needs patching and some painting to touch up
