I need to paint a small room I’m renting. It is 10 x 10 square feet. One side of the wall is all inbuilt wardrobe so doesn’t need any paint. Another side has a balcony too. The door is part of an old Queensland and the original paint is a thick coat. It will require colour-matching of paint as well as potential sanding back of the area that paint has been lost. The impacted area to re-paint is roughly 30cm in length to the lower right hand side of the door.

2 internal timber doors with glass inserts need to be installed. they have been primed and just need a coat of paint each. Door handles to be attached we have the paint.

Between concrete floor and wall are small gaps that need to be sealed with waterproof silicone sealant. Must be a natural white colour. Total 4 rooms and a hallway.
