Find an experienced local painter in Kangaroo Point QLD

I need to paint a small room I’m renting. It is 10 x 10 square feet. One side of the wall is all inbuilt wardrobe so doesn’t need any paint. Another side has a balcony too. I will pay for the paint separately. For good measure, I also want to have drop sheets / cloths and/or tape on the carpet edges ahead of the painting. Thank you! :)

Price negotioable. Looking for an experienced painter. Moving out of a rental and need to paint a portion of the door that has been scratched off. The door is part of an old Queensland and the original paint is a thick coat. It will require colour-matching of paint as well as potential sanding back of the area that paint has been lost. The impacted area to re-paint is roughly 30cm in length to the lower right hand side of the door.

2 internal timber doors with glass inserts need to be installed. they have been primed and just need a coat of paint each. Door handles to be attached we have the paint.

Just moving into our new place in kangaroo point and wanting a fresh coat of paint. Ceilings (2vj), walls, doors, & trimmings etc. Some gaps in vj's need filling but pretty good mostly. 2 bedrooms, dining, bath, living rooms etc - floor plan in photos. Between concrete floor and wall are small gaps that need to be sealed with waterproof silicone sealant. Must be a natural white colour. Total 4 rooms and a hallway.
