Find an experienced local painter in Kariong

I'm looking for someone to give my deck a refresh and stain my fence/BBQ area to match. The deck and rails were stained about 18 months to 2 years ago and is still in pretty good condition. It's mainly the hard-wearing and weathered areas that need a refresh (as seen in the photos). The fence & BBQ area are new and have not been stained or oiled other than how it came from the hardware store. The deck was previously done with a Sikkens Cetol deck (078 natural), which I was happy with and would like to use again. Care needs to be taken not to stain the rendering underneath the fence or the deck. I'd need this job done by next Thursday otherwise it will have to wait till late Nov.

Prep walls + Paint a brick double garage and ceiling internally - white. 36 m2 All items will be removed or moved to middle and rubber mats can come up around the edge. Pics give you an idea

I need someone to strip the paint from my bathroom window frame, clean it and restore the wooden finish underneath

Will need a site visit. Have a lower and upper roof. Both tiles. Tiles need a clean, sealing of cracks/gaps/repairs and a finish paint.

Needing the exterior cladding painted. Including downpipes and guttering

It’s a 4 bed room home for roof painting , gutter painting and also cleaning above the pergola . I am flexible with when you want to do the job , or can do a part of the job , like cleaning pergola only and the roof and gutter painting by someone else .
