Repaint external deck with wood stain (Haynes Woodcare Dexpress previously used - water based) Verandah is 3.6 x 5 metres (18 sq metres) No scaping or preparation work. Verandah surface is in good condition. Tools (long handled paint brush) and decking stain provided. Must be done in dry weather. I did this last time, but I'm too old now :(

I need a drafter to help with porch additions and roof modifications

I require the interior walls and skirting boards of my small single story 2 bedroom cottage painted. To keep it simple I just want the one colour throughout. Only two ceilings need to be painted.
