3 minor damages to wall, door and windowsill. Window sill are scratches from dog where the paint has started to strip off. Bedroom door has a small hole down the bottom where it was kicked. Just knocked out a wall to create more room. We need two cornices on both sides of an exposed beam we put in for roof support - approximately 3.2 metres wide. Varying patching to be done - 2 that are 2mx10cm, a roof patch 1mx20cm a a few small wall patches. Also need cornicing reattached to the roof in one of the bedrooms. No skirting needed at the moment as we will eventually re do the floors.
