Paint bathroom wall tiles for 1.5 bathrooms (The other 1.5 were done earlier this year) Require thorough clean Silicone removal (along egdes of newly installed shower screens and some spots have silicone to cover up cracks or previously drilled holes). Potentially spakfill previously drilled holes. Sanding and clean. Apply primer. Apply 2 coats of paint. Apply top coat. Reapply silicone where required. Will supply the paints.

2x1 meter dining table sanded back. No painting required.

Patch up a hole in the ceiling. Sheetrock and joint compound provided. Needs to be a perfect smooth finish.

I need holes patched, plastered and sanded please see photos.

Require painting to be completed around doorway and entry way. Will require priming and two coats

A few holes in plaster, small ones “size of PowerPoint walls” to fill and paint over it

Ceilings in 3 bedrooms to be plastered

Require 2 doors to be sanded painted. I will provide the paint. Must clean up after job is done as the house is having an open for inspection on Saturday
