Need a small area above a cupboard plastered and the cornice cut, new piece added and joined up. There is also a small area near our laundry cupboard that was done really poorly by a previous trade that needs a tidy up. We’ll paint and handle the trim around both cupboards. Just need the plastering and cornice taken care of ready for painting. We’ll need you to supply the piece of plasterboard and cornice. Area for plaster and cornice is approx 160 x 1040mm. Current cornice size for matching is 75mm.

I have a small 3-bedroom house. I could like to get the ceilings painted in the 3 bedrooms, and the living area. The total sqm is 108, but I don't need the bathrooms or laundry done.

We need someone to complete painting our deck fence. We will supply all paint (dulux domino), paint sprayer and drop cloths. You will need to supply tall ladder. Please note, the deck is high (maybe 4 meters) and you will need to manage to work with a sloped driveway. We have already painted the inside of the fence and a portion of the side, just need someone to finish the front and sides we can’t access due to height.

4x4meter pergola rafters and battens to be painted. Undercoat and 2x top coats. Paint can be provided. Outdoor weathershield paint. Ladder preferable. Height 2.6 meters from deck and about 3 meters from ground at the highest point.

Pressure wash to remove scale from driveway, plus find a way to remove an old mark from spilled paint as per photos.

I have listed these 2 paint jobs as separate AT tasks, but this task is if someone wants to quote on all painting together. 1. I would like to get 2 brown walls painted, 7x3m and 3x3m. 2. As well as have 2x 3mx4m deck rails, posts, outer side of bearers, drain pipe, stair treads and small entire landing primed and painted. I have detailed each of the paint jobs in the pics. I will supply primer and paint and a 12m ladder.

Hi There We’re hunting someone to clean and seal our deck, screens and balustrading. Our deck is around a year old and we still haven’t had a chance to seal it. The deck is 3m x 11m with balustrading as pictured and screens as pictured at each end. We’ll supply the product (we bought the pictured products to do it and just haven’t gotten there) - Aqualis Oil, Timber Prep and Timber Clean as per the picture. Excuse the mess of the photos… we’ll have the deck empty for you… it’s been our storage deck! We’re located in Kenmore.
