Need someone to help me prepping few bathrooms for resurfacing. Tasks involved: cleaning, re-grouting, masking walls before spraying other bits and pieces.

Small one bedroom apartment approx 55msq. I need all internal walls painted in an off white color (exact color TBD).

Need a gyprocker for half day patching on one of my jobs . Patch large hole 1200x1600(fibro cement sheet onsite) Patch angles around skylight Few small areas for touch ups. Just need you to provide base coat and top coat No sanding required I have plenty of jobs going so if you do a good job can lead to more work

Clean mildew and mould from outside area. Approximately 35 metres in length, fence and walls on street side and house side. Smaller area of outdoor tiles.

48 louvre panels. Needs a very good clean with a lot of mould on the outside panels facing the sky (other side requires a light clean, no mould). This is a 3 hour job I would think. Vergola is over a timber deck and completely free of any things else other than timber privacy screen both ends of deck. Every one of the 48 panel looks like the one on the photo

4 feature walls in 4 seperate rooms (4 walls total). Wall height approx 2.6m. Wall width between 3-4m. Wallpaper will not need to go to the floor as there is a large skirting board. Walls have no windows or doors to work around. 3 walls have light switches or power points to work around Regular wallpaper that needs glue.

As part of regular maintenance I need someone to sand and stain the deck in my back yard. The actual area needing work is small. see photos - longest Length of each side measures about 6m This need to be done over 2 separate days so first coat of stain can be applied and dried on first day, then a second coat be applied on a separate date. My husband had done this before and it takes about 2-3 hours each day (total 5-6 hours whole job) We will provide all materials, including skirting tape, sand paper, wood strainer, brush. Please indicate your experience in this type of work and provide before / after photos of previous job if possible. thank you.

Need my Honda Accords Headlamps sanded buffed and then clear coat painted.

I need a wall painted (it's a colour match to surrounding walls). Some repair to the wall is needed as a sign was on the wall and the cable fed through the wall below to a plug. Need the wall made good because it's rented and I am moving out so agreed to get the wall repaired, then painted white to match surrounding walls.
