I need someone to paint the hallway end entryway in our house. I also need someone to prime and paint new skirting boards and picture rails

48 louvre panels. Needs a very good clean with a lot of mould on the outside panels facing the sky (other side requires a light clean, no mould). This is a 3 hour job I would think. Vergola is over a timber deck and completely free of any things else other than timber privacy screen both ends of deck. Every one of the 48 panel looks like the one on the photo

4 feature walls in 4 seperate rooms (4 walls total). Wall height approx 2.6m. Wall width between 3-4m. Wallpaper will not need to go to the floor as there is a large skirting board. Walls have no windows or doors to work around. 3 walls have light switches or power points to work around Regular wallpaper that needs glue.

Need the kitchen walls painted (and the glue where the skirting was peeled/ sanded off)

As part of regular maintenance I need someone to sand and stain the deck in my back yard. The actual area needing work is small. see photos - longest Length of each side measures about 6m This need to be done over 2 separate days so first coat of stain can be applied and dried on first day, then a second coat be applied on a separate date. My husband had done this before and it takes about 2-3 hours each day (total 5-6 hours whole job) We will provide all materials, including skirting tape, sand paper, wood strainer, brush. Please indicate your experience in this type of work and provide before / after photos of previous job if possible. thank you.

My interior is being painted but I have some heavy bookshelves against the wall and some other furniture that needs to be moved either to the gasrage or another room.
