Pool deck of small pool needs a scrub with Cabot’s Deck Clean. Then an oil with Cabot’s decking oil.

I have about 14 sqm plus about 14 linear m of bricks that require the red paint removed so that I can get tuck pointing done (the brick face needs to be preserved)

Small area in living room (size of a 5c piece), kitchen, toilet and stairwell that needs some repair work (patch and painting). Stairwell ceiling paint around light fitting will require a ladder. Paint and products not supplied.

We need the ceiling of our carport spray painted in white (we will provide the paint)

Some spots on a tiled roof that need patching. Just after someone to pop up there to do a bit of concrete patch work. I do not expect it to take long, there are only a few spots. Will need someone to bring the concrete. - Due date: Before Sunday, 18 June 2023

4x4.5 metre deck needs clean, sand and re- stain 3 coats intergrain black stain.

50 planks of timber, 4.5 m (long) x 10cm (wide) painted with 2 Coates of white paint and primer by friday 10/12. Paint provided

Note timing is flexible - we would prefer as soon as possible. Two story house. Requires scaffolding (fixed) for painter.
