My house has been repainted, but a few places were missed and I need the job finished. The areas to be painted are shown in the photographs with descriptions in text.

Selling our house, want to get the house exterior given a once over. Just the painted areas pictured are okay. The deck painted areas too. Happy to provide pressure washer to use. Please send me a quote if my price is too low.

The timber floorboards in the 3-bedroom house I’m renovating have been sanded back in preparation for sealing with estapol. Unfortunately, the painter has left minor paint spots in the raw timber floors, as shown in the example photos. The task is to spot-sand these small paint marks so that the paint is removed. I’ll provide the belt sander and you’ll provide the labour to remove the paint spots from the timber floors. The house is empty so this task can be conducted at any time day or night.

I need the old style timber push-to-open awning windows in my house painted gloss white. They have had the exterior painted. This job is for the inside of the windows to be painted. The total number of windows to be painted are shown in the seven photos. In addition to the task price, I will reimburse you the cost of the paint and materials that you purchase within 24hrs.

I need a large timber deck to be pressure washed including hand rails in preparation to sell. There is children’s paint in places.

Have quite large holes in the hallway walls will need to replace the sheeting and repaint

One room is vj panelling, a very small room is new gyprock the third room is over old paint. Not sure if I give colours, you supply paint or I can get it, I will need to know how much to get though.

The four metre wall needs re doing. Existing paper needs to be removed and new paper go up. Preparation for selling.

Our deck needs painting. This includes balustrades, railings & half walls. * The timber deck is not to be painted - just balustrades & support posts * Total surface area to be covered is approx. 71m (squared). Colour-matched to house. We are hoping this to be completed within 3 weeks - depending on how friendly the weather is.

I have two rooms (both approx 4x4m) which need a refresh. 2 coats on the walls, but the ceiling, floor trim and window trims etc do not need to be done. So cutting in around windows/trim and then rollering. Can be done at any time, but would done asap. Happy to supply paint.

3 x 1.8m bathroom - asbestos fibro. Work area is: - Ceiling - Upper section (H: 550mm) x 4 walls - Lower section (H: 1900mm) - 1 x 3m wall + 1 x 1m corner area. Paint is flaking or flaked off in some areas (see pics. NB: Knowledge and experience working with asbestos fibro sheeting is necessary in order for prepping to be completed safely. - Due date: Flexible

4 wooden French window doors and 6 full length timber windows need staining with wood stain or estapol inside and out and 1 bedroom ceiling needs painting - Due date: Before Thursday, 14 December 2023
