I need raw American oak steps sanded back after cleaners damaged timber before it was to be stained

We are looking for a quote to paint the outside of 3 sides of our one level house and a car port. Walls/windows/doors.

Outside deck roughly 6m by 3m and stairs down to the garden. Needs to be sanded and varnished plus wooden hand rail also needs to be sanded and varnished which is in poor condition.

We need to have walls and ceilings of our living area, dining space and little bits of our kitchen painted before we move in. There will be minimal furniture and hopefully relatively simple. Off-white and white paint will be provided.

I’ve just had a small ensuite stripped out and am looking for someone to prep the walls/floor, waterproof and tile. The bathroom is 108cm by 240cm. There is a space below My home that requires a second coat of Waterproofing membrane to be painted onto a small section of wall (around the bottom 60cm, for 15 metres). The membrane has a strong odour, and protective gear (glasses, gloves and respirator highly recommend.) the job should take no longer than an hour.
