Hello! We would like to get some quotes in for painting our double story brick house. I’ve seen some houses that I really like the effect they’ve achieved. (Photos included) where it almost looks like they have put a think layer of render on before paining? But I am not sure , perhaps this can be achieved with just paint? Would be great to find someone with prior experience. Our house is 2 stories but most of the upper level can be accessed on the balconies at the back and front but would need ladder or extender brushes for the sides. 1. Apply Sikaflex and flashtak to the joints/gaps on top of the roof to rectify the leaks. (The roof sheeting is made up of the super 6 asbestos sheeting so we can't do drilling / screwing) 2. Apply stain block on ceiling where required in bathroom/on architraves and ceiling outside of bathroom. (2 coats) (High ceiling in bathroom, large step ladder required.) 3. Apply 2 coats of ceiling white onto 2x1m section of ceiling in bathroom and ceiling outside of bathroom (High ceiling in bathroom, large step ladder required.) - Due date: Flexible
