Due to rain water dripping onto the ceiling, there are a couple of stains and a bulging patch. I need this bulge flattened out, plastered and painted. The area is roughly 4 feet X 2 feet. Ceiling height is 2.4 meters. (I will be providing the white ceiling paint for the job)
