My small bathroom ceiling is 2.0 x 2.5m with a normal height ceiling, 2.4m. The paint is peeling on the outer rim. I need the ceiling prepared ie * thoroughly cleaned to remove residue. * then scrape off loose paint around the ceiling edge and overall. * use a roller or brush to apply a good quality primer. * use a paint for bathroom ceilings satin or semi gloss. 1 undercoat and 2 painted coats I'd want drop cloths or plastic sheets used and would want to inspect the areas for missed spots, drips and even coverage.

I recently purchased an established property that I would like painted internally. The current internal paint is in reasonable condition but I'd like it freshened up before I move in. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (~106m2) with living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and separate toilet (see approximate floorplan attached). The house will be free of furniture etc so you'll have a clear working space. I would prefer Dulux paint be used. I would like a quote for all rooms to be painted including: - Walls including inside wardrobes: Dulux Wash & Wear, Low Sheen, Natural White except where you would advise Dulux Wash & Wear +PLUS Kitchen & Bathroom, Natural White, Low Sheen - Ceilings: Dulux Ceiling White - Doors and door trims: Dulux Aquanamel, Semi Gloss, Vivid White I do not need any work done on the garage or storage room as indicated on the floor plan. Settlement for the property is on 30 January 2024. I'd need the work completed between the 1 Feb to 8 Feb. These dates are really important as I am moving out of my current rental property and into this property so I need the work done without delay between these dates. I have done bit of pieces of renovations around the house and now I need to go through sections and paint. Namely: Ceiling in ensuite Door frames in ensuite Walls in three bedrooms Door frames in two bedrooms Wardrobe doors and frames in two bedrooms Skirting boards in two bedrooms, hallway and lounge room Door in bathroom where the dog has scratched Door in meals area where the dog has scratched. Front door frame (inside and out). Front door frame will need some filler and sanding. I will supply paint and I have some brushes and rollers already. family are away for a few days so I want to get it all done when they are out of the house so dates are firm. Can start on or after the 24th, needs to be all done by the 27th. I have a few more photos

(Near Victoria park). The bathroom simple ceiling cornice is peeling, so I need the 4 walls and ceiling prepared and painted. 2 of the walls are largely tiled. Preparation and painting. Normal ceiling height. 2.0 x 2.40m. You'll need your own equipment. There's a shower recess, bath and vanity in there and a large mirror to the side of the vanity. Preparation, undercoat and final coat needed Not a very tough job. Need someone with eye to detail.
