Find an experienced local painter in Leeming

I have 2 walls that needs to be sanded back in a few spots and painted.( I used to have things hanged on the wall). Also a ceiling in 2 spots. I will attach photos..I started doing them but have no time to get it finished. Looking to get it done around 4 of November if possible. Dates are flexible.

I need the living areas and the outdoor alfresco area painted white. The house is tenanted so will need to coordinate the quote and organising the days to paint

Looking for someone to apply Drizoro Max-Seal Flex to the internal walls and floor of a new concrete pool. Small pool, only 2.4 x 4.6 metres, average depth 1.4 metres; surface area approx 29 square metres. Small set of 3 steps in one corner. Coating needs to end up about 3mm thick and job includes putting cloth mesh at wall joins. Two coats are needed, done one day apart. Need someone to tidy up a sanding and staining job for our froont doors and side door (x 3 doors to be taken off hinges). Door frames need to be sanded too. Most of the paint has been sanded off and we have the staining varnish on hand. We'll need someone experienced who has the right tools & equipment to take the doors off the hinge, so the sanding dust doesn't get in to the house.
