We need our hardwood stairs sanded and stained. There are about 20 stairs that need to be done? My partner tried to do them however they had marks around the edges and didn’t look great so need help re doing them please so they are perfect.

We recently moved into a townhouse that had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival.
