I have a small patch of wall, which previously had tiles, that I would like to be re-rendered smooth so that it can be painted. A small skirting board will the attached to hide the gap near the floor. This won’t need to be done by renderer.

I have eight small spots where the removal of adhesive hooks pulled the paint off the wall. Please see the attached images. I've received one quote from a painting service to fix the patches, but I would like to see what this community can offer before choosing which direction to go.

Looking for someone to repaint the wall with a roller including any necessary minor repairs. There are three areas of paint damage. The photos show 1) the area to be painted 2) multiple angles of the areas with paint damage. One area I have cut out paint bubble, two areas have a paint bubble.
