Metal door frame paint has been peeling. Needs to be stripped back and repainted.

I require my 2 bedroom apartment (furnished) to be primed, painted and also have ceiling downlight holes to be patched and painted. I specifically need walls, skirting boards and patched ceiling holes, doors and door frames to be painted. Note that the doors and frames are currently coated with an oil based paint and I would assume would need to be stripped before painting. Light cleaning may be required for the wall surfaces. Note* 1 bedroom has already been primed with 2 coats of Dulux primer. I also already have a 15l tub of Dulux paint. I do not have paint for the ceiling or doors and door frames. I would request my painter to come with this additional paint.
