Find an experienced local painter in Lyneham

I need the following painted (including wall preparation): 2 x bedrooms, 1 x hallway and 1 x cupboard and small wall/door section in bathroom Both bedrooms are relatively small. One is 242 (h) x 258 (w) x 300 (l) and the other is 242cm (h) x 310 (w) 300cm (l). The hallway is also relatively small. It has two sections. Section 1 is 242cm (h) x 580cm (l) x 102cm (w). Section 2 is 242cm (h)x 130 (w) x 398 (l), however only one side of this section needs painting as the other side is a bookshelf that is fine as it is. For all areas, I would like 2 x coats and it includes ceilings, skirting boards and window frames (i.e. everything). We are moving house soon, so I’d ideally like it completed in the next week if possible.

Require someone to prepare my walls for painting (sanding, gap filler in any cracks, chips or scratches as shown in the pics) and painting the bedroom. Need the whole thing painted (ceilings, walls, door and trims). The walls will be cleaned prior to your arrival. The room size is 4m Long x 3m Wide x 2m High

I have a feature timber cladding at the front of the house that needs sanding by hand and also with an electric sander. It’s just under the roof line so will require getting up in a ladder. Sand paper supplied. I have a ladder but if you have your own to bring that would work.

2.5m x 3.5m painted brick walls x4 so 35m2. Requires non-sacrificial coating to be sourced and applied. Please provide what guarantees or references you can supply for other completed jobs. - Due date: Anytime - Flexible

I have an awkward area of wall i need to paint but due to a disability need an able bodied person to safely climb a supplied ladder, and paint a 6-7sq metres area with paint I will supply. With supplied roller and supplied 3.6m fibreglass extender pole. 2-3m high wall. 6-7sq metres painting. 7-8 minutes work. Photo attached with area to be painted similar to that marked in green. On careful footing to not disturb surrounding roof. Once you are on the 2-3m high roof and painting there is no ‘fall’ area ie the area to be painted is surrounded by flat roof and 0.5m guard walls: no drop. I will supply and setup ladder paint and roller, you just paint a few sq metres and come safely come back down the ladder! Insurance and/or coverage via airtasker and your own policy. Preferably early morning eg 4-7am Saturday or Sunday Please enter the actual fair total price you will charge for the task. FYI the skill/work required for this task is not in the painting and a professional painter is not required. Simply an able bodied person comfortable with climbing and ladder-based height: the painting is secondary and extremely basic. Playground has been build and needs a light sanding and oiling for protection. Unfortunately I cannot provide oil/stain and tools

I need the floor in my storage room painted, and gaps between brick and cornices sealed. The storage room needs emptying first and power washed. I have the sealant, floor paint, roller and brushes - but I do not have a part washer.
