Find an experienced local painter in Mango Hill

I just left a rented house. There is couple of color chip off from walls need to fix. See attached photos

I have a few holes in my walls that need plastering, and a few holes that have been plastered in the past but need to be properly dealt with and sanded back. I’m looking for someone who is capable of plastering properly and capable of properly sanding back all plastered areas to ensure the areas are smooth against the wall.

Single coat Painting of house from inside in hallways and living area on ground floor and stairwell side. Touch up/patch anywhere else to hide the scuffs for 4 bedroom house to look it new. Including material color match.

There are minor stains on the walls which doesn’t look good. I want them to be removed or paint wherever required. And some other fix to beautify the house if they could be done.

Patch three holes and and prep/sand etc for future painting/wallpaper and a few spots where an old TV bracket was. As attached.

The deck needs to be painted and repaired

Need to do the backyard alfresco

I have a patch of paint that has been removed from a dog door in my hallway & also a mini hole from the front door accidentally slamming into the wall at the front of the house too that need fixing. I have the paint to supply you with

Sticky adhesive was put all the walls and now ripping off the paint, suggested it needed kg sanded and repainted

I was moving furniture down my stairs and accidentally made two small dents on the edge of two stair treads. It probably needs a little bit of sanding and a coat? Maybe filler too…

We are moving out and there is a couple of walls with marks on them that we need to get repainted. We will have the paint here. It's not a lot - an area in the stair well and a half wall in the study nook.

We are currently painting the inside of our house however, for safety reasons, we are unable to reach a high void above our kitchen, approximately 6-7m in height. No ceiling, just walls. We have paint. Must have insurance.
