Please don’t ask for the job if you aren’t a painter and haven’t done this before as I just had my house painted so it needs to be done correctly and carefully.. Need the walls and ceiling and floor redone ready for waterproofer. Left wall to be a feature wall in waterproof VJ. Dimensions are 3.47x2.26x2.4 Rough in to be done in a week so plastering job for 2-3 weeks time. Please quote for materials + labor and let me know what materials you plan on using. Freshen up walls to modern house before I move in. Lounge living kitchen hall combined plus study. I’ve colour matched paint and have 10ltr low sheen on site. I think one good coat will do it. It’s only a freshen up as I’ll be renovating next year and changing things around. A quality painter will get this done in one day.

Fresh coat of paint to every room . There won’t be any furniture in the house. Also would like the bottom kitchen cabinets paints and front porch. Unsure on back porch. I am looking for a carpenter/bathroom renovation tradesperson to reconfigure and renovate a bathroom and convert 3 small bedrooms next to each other into 2 larger bedrooms. I have been advised by an architect that when I sell the house in 10 years, the new buyers will likely knock the house down as it's not optimised for the block. Aprox 40 metres of picket fence 30mm spacing & 1.2m tall needs top coat of white paint. We have already applied most of primer/undercoat & will be finished that soon. We will provide the top coat paint. Please include for protection to prevent paint on garden plants and new concrete driveway. We would like the job done between Sun 26/11 & Sun 3/12 if possible.
