I am looking for a carpenter/bathroom renovation tradesperson to reconfigure and renovate a bathroom and convert 3 small bedrooms next to each other into 2 larger bedrooms. I have been advised by an architect that when I sell the house in 10 years, the new buyers will likely knock the house down as it's not optimised for the block. Need a few of our garage interior walls painted white. Consists of ceiling, 3 jiprock walls, 3 doors, trims etc. Needs 1-2 coats. Have paint for walls /ceiling (white on white dulux low sheen), trims/doors (British paints white on white semi gloss - half and half), Just want the garage to be white all over. Can do anytime this week or Tuesday Wednesday next week. Have done 1 coat already on the walls but decided to just go and get someone to do the rest if possible. Doesn’t need to be perfect but reasonable. Should only take a few hours work. I Can supply paint and paint brushes but you will need your own drop clothes and other materials.

Plastering - Install and set gyprock sheets, butlers pantry and wardrobe, most walls only need a first coat of plaster - Ceiling and 90mm cornice 9m (Wardrobe) - Ceiling and Shadow line cornice 14m (Bathroom) - 140mm detailed cornice 8m, can reuse existing (See photos) - Skirting board 6m, can reuse existing - Several other patch jobs: 2 power points, 2 down light holes, thin strip in bedroom - I already have 8x10mmx2400x1200 aquachek sheets and 5x10mmx1350x3000 gyprock sheets ready for use.

Need an experienced painter to prepare walls and paint kitchen with 2 coats paint. Walls only which are mainly vj’s boards. Not ceiling. You will have your own equipment but I will supply paint. It’s probably 1 day job. Prefer 19th, 20th or 21st October or on Saturday 23rd. Double story house. Very neat and tidy. Just need walls washed and skirting washed as I have become very allergic to dust recently. Not dirty at all as my husband has OCD. I have 3 places where shelves/curtain rods have been removed and there are holes in the wall that need plastering and painting. I don't have the paint but am happy to take a flake to a painting specialist for matching. This is a small job and I know requires 2 visits.

Repair dry wall in garage and paint

Interior house needs painting upstairs 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms they are 90% tiles 1 lounge area all doors and I have a set of stairs that need another coat of black just starting to show a bit of wear on the stairs Ceiling will not need to be painted .. The downstairs just recently painted but my guy has gone overseas looking at painting Vivid white is the colour .. Walls all in pretty good condition let me know if you need more information.
