Hi, I will supply paint. Small granny flat bathroom approx. 2m x 1.6m x 2m. - Walls plus ceiling. - Might need to go twice around floorline 20cm. Otherwise 1 quote. - I will attached photos. As paint needs to go around/behind toilet and wash basin cabinetry.

We are looking at getting a false ceiling installed to hide popcorn/vermiculite ceiling. The apartment is approximately 66 square metres of internal space. Must have relevant licensing/insurance as it is an apartment in a strata building. Happy to send through photos and a floor plan if needed for quoting purposes.

I’d like a quote for removing all this vermiculite please ! 2 small bedrooms and a tiny laundry. It’s looking dark and blotchy. Also, a quote to paint it after please. Maybe I will also paint it myself tho, but still interested in pricing. If it’s better to just paint over the 3 popcorn ceilings as is and back to bright white, then can I please have a quote for that to, thankyou. If it’s mould tho , I figure it’s better to have it all removed. Rooms can be empty except a double bed in each room tho can sit on their sides or in hallway and it’s carpeted floor in the rooms. Would love if I can have it started this wknd as can leave apt vacant for the works for few days. If you are also qualified to sand and polish wooden floorboards throughout that’s a bonus. The holed wall needs to be repaired in 2 places. One of them is 30 by 30, and the other one is around 50 by 300. I have the wall’s paint colour and can take care of that. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 3 January 2024
